Effective July 1, 2010, all certifications issued from the Division of Personnel Standards and Education (PS&E) will be available from the division's web access. Paper certificates will no longer be mailed to the individual employing Fire Chiefs. To obtain a logon and password for PS&E web access, please email Personnel Standards and Education. The request must be from the Fire Chief and include the FDID. With this log-on and password, a department will also be able to:

  • update the current employee roster
  • request an examination
  • submit a course completion roster
  • apply for certification
  • submit claims for reimbursement (if applicable)
  • produce individual training record reports
