Inspection Requests

Request for inspections can either be made by calling the Division of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety at 217/782-2696 or contacting your authorized insurance company of record. You can complete an online Inspection Request Form (PDF, 56KB) and email a inspection request to the the Division of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety.
