The U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) would like to invite Congressional offices and constituents to attend a series of webinars intended to inform applicants of the 2012 Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program application process.
The start of the 2012 Assistance to Firefighters application period is tentatively scheduled for June 4, 2012. In an effort to meet the needs of the fire services’ budget and time constraints, Region V will be conducting interactive webinars in addition to onsite workshops.

Please let your constituents know that the online webinars will begin today, Tuesday, May 15 2012 and will continue through May 31, 2012. Attached, for your information, is the webinar schedule with the dates and times.
To join in the webinar, the participant needs to sign on to the posted web address. They must also call the conference number listed and when requested, enter the PIN number. All participants will be able to see the workshop slide presentation and have the opportunity to ask questions.
